Please tidy up your room.

clean up / tidy up（整理整頓する）

tidyーきれいにまとめる（動詞）、きちんとまとまって、きれいな（形容詞）

This room is tidy.

leave+O+C OをCのままにして放っておく

Leave me alone.　me=O, alone=C

中途半端 halfway done

Don't leave the work halfway done.

I forgot my wife's birthday so she is grumpy.
